E2E Welding provides custom welding services throughout the Tampa Bay area and Central Florida, including but not limited to:

- Mobile welding services
- Residential and commercial welding
- Custom metal fabrication

2. Estimates and Quotes
- All estimates and quotes provided by E2E Welding are non-binding and subject to change based on final project specifications, site conditions, material costs, and scope changes.
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if the project scope changes, unforeseen conditions are discovered during work, or material costs fluctuate significantly.
- A formal written agreement or work order will be provided before work begins on any project, outlining the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and timeline.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement or invoice.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion or as outlined in the agreement.
- We accept payment methods as communicated during the project agreement process.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Florida law.
4. Project Scheduling and Completion
- Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting requirements, or other factors beyond our control.
- We will communicate any significant delays as promptly as possible.
- The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work site.
- Any changes to the project scope requested after work has begun may affect the timeline and cost.
5. Warranties
E2E Welding stands behind the quality of our work:
- Workmanship Warranty: We provide a warranty on the quality of our welding workmanship. Specific warranty terms and duration will be outlined in your project agreement.
- Material Warranty: Materials used in your project may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide manufacturer warranty information where applicable.
- Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, E2E Welding’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or business interruption.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions at the work site, including but not limited to structural deficiencies, code violations, or hidden damage.
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions) that prevent or delay performance shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
7. Customer Responsibilities
By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your project needs and site conditions
- Obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals, unless we have agreed to handle permitting
- Ensure safe access to the work site for our team and equipment
- Communicate any concerns or changes promptly during the project
- Make timely payments as agreed
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation policies will be outlined in your project agreement.
- If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the customer is responsible for the cost of work completed, materials ordered or used, and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
- Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered or work has commenced.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements — is the property of E2E Welding or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Custom designs created by E2E Welding for your project remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use the completed physical work as installed.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent.
- Photos of completed projects may be used by E2E Welding for marketing and portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
